Here we see a young gentleman named Speal absolutely destroy a workout that always kicks my butt. The routine, affectionately named “Fran” for some reason, is all thrusters (front squats + push presses) and pullups. People sometimes cry foul on kipping pullups but it’s been my experience that they just work your muscles in different ways (not necessary better or worse) than strict pullups. Any way you slice it, 2:05 is a crazy impressive performance.
